After winning the Ms. Heaventeen Talent Contest, Misty’s friends worry about success going to her head. And when Misty gets busy with all of her activities including helping Jane Rosen, the new girl, Misty’s friends think they have been snubbed in Ms. Heaventeen is Ms. Understood. Then Misty tells a spooky Halloween story and Darlene tries to use that story for a prank in The Horseless Horseman of Shady Hollow.
