A botched government experiment attempted to cross the traits of various animals with those of men in order to create a sort of super-soldier. Under the direction of goat-man Billy the Kid, however, these “Humanals” would turn on us. They formed Lima Force and launched an attack directly on the White House, kidnapping the President, and laying waste to anything which got in their way. The only thing which stood a chance of stopping them was the Humanals known as the Motorbike Puppies.
