1-by KOSUKE FUJISHIMA; produced by STUDIO PROTEUS The course of true love never did run true. It’s time for Banpei, the guard robot, to learn that as well, when he begs Skuld to help his robot girlfriend walk. Oh, the girl walks all right. And she’s got some mouth on her, too. The only problem is, she doesn’t love Banpei after all. She loves Skuld! To top it off, the robot girl’s got some issues as well, and a rocket-powered knuckle sandwich to back them up. Poor Banpei. Hardly had time to wash the permanent marker tear off his face. Well, I guess it’s time to invest in some more emoting pens!!
2-by KOSUKE FUJISHIMA; produced by STUDIO PROTEUS The misadventures of robot love continue as our brand new little robot girl struggles with the confusion of her own existence, as well as the advances of the charming Banpei. Well, Banpei’s nothing a few rocket fist punches can’t take care of, but that seems to be the least of the worries for a newly manufactured, former “welcome” girl, teen robot. Ah, life was so simple when all she had to do was greet people at a snack shop. Another Skuld creation wreaks havoc, both in the heart of Banpei, and the household of Keiichi and the lovely goddesses.
3-by KOSUKE FUJISHIMA; produced by STUDIO PROTEUS Sometimes being a girl is the pits. And that works for robot girls as “well.” Get it? “Well”? Well, if you don’t, you will when you read the last chapter of Learning To Love, in which the oddly expressive yet expressionless robot, Banpei, continues his courtship of the “welcome” girl, recently rebuilt into a robot by Skuld. She’s the newest member of the Oh My Goddess! family, and boy is she a tough one. In order for Banpei to even be friends, he’s gonna have to help her ascend from the depths of her own self-doubt, rock by rock.
