On the upper floors of Tokyo’s highest high-rises, the residents feel a certain amount of safety from the predators that prey on the “peasants.” And so, seemingly without concern, they hang their laundry on their lines and throw caution to the wind. What they didn’t bargain on was a bandit so obsessed he’d make the top floors his target – a prowler with a penchant for silk, silk, SILK PANTIES!
